C. Anthony Cole

Founder/Executive Artistic Director

C. Anthony Cole has been a dance artist for over 20 years, from childhood classes at Our Lady of Grace, through high school at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts (SDSCPA), to studies at the Boston Conservatory of Music, Dance, and Theater. He has served as Principle Teaching Artist for TranscenDance Youth Arts Project, produced and directed the "Collaborations" dance projects in San Diego and served as the founding Executive Director of LaDiego Dance Theater. He was the Co-Director and Choreographer of the Gospel Messiah, 2006, 2007 & 2009.

Mr. Cole is a popular and recurrent Guest Artist at SDSCPA where he has choreographed Spiritual Healing, Still I Rise, and Searching for Love. In addition, to being the "prot�" of Sandra Foster King, he has been invited to restage her repertoire throughout San Diego.

Inspired by Debbie Allen, Alvin Ailey, Talley Beaty, and many other black dance notables, Mr. Cole founded the CAC Repertory Dance Theatre, with the goal of inspiring young minority dancers.

 

 

Candace Benjamin

 

 

Candace Benjamin

Ms. Benjamin is a graduate of Hampton University where she received a bachelor's degree in History and a master's degree in Elementary education. She began dancing at the age of six and continued through college. Ms Benjamin has been trained in various genres of dance including; jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, modern, and African. While at Hampton, she was President and choreographer for Hampton University Terpsichorean Dance Company. This is her first year as a member of the CAC Repertory Dance Theatre.

Bradlea Fletcher

Bradlea Fletcher

Ms. Bradlea Fletcher has trained in a wide variety of styles and techniques including multiple modern techniques, ballet, pointe, jazz, African, contemporary, belly dance, and hip hop. Ms. Fletcher has trained with California Ballet, the East County School of Dance, Coronado School of the Arts dance program, and is currently studying dance at Grossmont College, and Stage7. Currently, Ms. Fletcher is in her first season with CAC Repertory Dance Theatre, and extends many thanks to everyone involved in the company.

Shanae Green

Ms. Green is currently a psychology major and a bible minor, at San Diego Christian College, and a dance major at Grossmont Community College. I am in love with Jesus Christ, as well as with dancing, and it is my desire to touch the lives of many through every performance. This is Ms. Green�s first season with the CAC Repertory Dance Theatre.
